 At the helm of Building Hope Building Commitment is Vickie Craighead-Davis, serving as the passionate Executive Director. Under her leadership, BHBC is dedicated to providing community-based supportive services, fostering the journey towards self-sufficiency for individuals committed to positive transformation. Vickie envisions a holistic approach, guiding individuals through introspection and self-discovery while addressing their spiritual, social, physical, economic, and emotional needs in North Carolina. With over a decade of dedicated service to the Charlotte Mecklenburg homeless population, Vickie is a steadfast advocate for human services. Her commitment to collaboration and partnership underscores BHBC's mission to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk, creating a lasting positive change in the community.
