 Building Hope Building Commitment (BHBC) is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to preventing homelessness and enhancing housing stability in the Charlotte Metro Service area. 

 We collaborate with community members, landlords, faith-based organizations, and local government agencies to secure safe, affordable housing solutions for individuals and families facing housing instability. We understand that those in transitional situations are particularly vulnerable and may struggle without the necessary support. Our mission is to provide that support, helping our clients not just survive, but thrive. BHBC offers a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of landlords and property managers, ensuring high occupancy rates and minimizing eviction risks. Our goal is to create a stable living environment for tenants while ensuring that property owners achieve their desired outcomes 

PLACEMENT AND PROGRAM SERVICES:

BHBC provides a comprehensive service package that includes tenant placement, ongoing case management, rent collection, and property management. This service combines traditional property management with programmatic wraparound support to ensure tenants placed by BHBC are successful. By offering continued support and monitoring, we help to maintain high occupancy rates and keep eviction rates low, protecting your investment. In cases where a tenant is not a good fit, BHBC will replace them and continue working until the right match is found. For this all-inclusive service, BHBC charges a 10% monthly fee. 

PLACEMENT ONLY:

For landlords who prefer to take a more hands-on approach to property management, BHBC offers a placement-only option. For a flat rate of $150, we will provide you with a tenant profile, including the most comprehensive and documented information available on the prospective tenant. While BHBC does not guarantee outcomes for placement-only tenants, we strive to match tenants who are most likely to succeed, thereby helping you maintain stable occupancy..
