BHBC actively collaborates with faith-based organizations, non-profit, and for-profit organizations in a collective effort to address homelessness. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a home within their means. To facilitate this, BHBC offers comprehensive resources, including housing search and placement services, to assist individuals in finding affordable housing. Moreover, we collaborate with organizations dedicated to constructing affordable housing and dismantling barriers to access. Our overarching objective at BHBC is to unify these diverse entities under a shared mission, working collaboratively to serve the community. Our ultimate aim is to eradicate homelessness and alleviate needless suffering, striving to create a community where everyone has a place to call home.

Think of BHBC as your dedicated navigation assistant, ready to connect you with vital services within your community. Through our role as the community Case Management Team, we provide referral services and connectivity that are accessible exclusively through case management. We understand that admitting uncertainty, such as not knowing where to turn, can be difficult. BHBC is here to help. BHBC facilitates service connectivity at the core of our mission. Whether you require support in mental health, substance abuse treatment, case management, financial literacy, budgeting, or home ownership, we invite you to engage in a conversation with us.  The BHBC Workforce Development Ministry is meticulously crafted to support individuals in enhancing their job readiness, regardless of their existing skills, providing valuable assistance in refining interview skills, and presenting direct hire employment opportunities irrespective of background. Our mission revolves around eliminating barriers to employment, recognizing that gainful employment is the ultimate commitment that transforms challenges into opportunities. Building Hope Building Commitment (BHBC) is thrilled to announce our new partnership with many agencies that offer Peer Support Services for individuals seeking guidance and encouragement on their journey toward sobriety, stability and self-sufficiency.

Our peer support specialists provide a wide range of services designed to meet individuals where they are, offering compassion, understanding, and actionable steps for growth. These services include:

• Assessing Needs: Peer support specialists engage with individuals to understand their unique challenges and goals.
• Setting Goals: Specialists work with clients to set achievable objectives, such as securing stable housing or enhancing independence.
• Creating Support Plans: Tailored plans may include group counseling, employment assistance, or peer-to-peer mentoring.
• Providing Encouragement: We offer continuous support and motivation throughout recovery journeys.
• Educating Clients: Clients learn about their conditions and gain access to valuable resources.
• Advocating for Clients: Specialists coordinate care and act as advocates for individuals.
• Breaking Down Barriers: Our team helps clients overcome barriers to understanding and experience.
• Dispelling Myths: We challenge misconceptions about mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

At Building Hope Building Commitment (BHBC), Program Housing is more than just placing individuals in units—it's a holistic, mission-driven approach to transforming lives through stable housing and wraparound support.

We partner with property owners and landlords to offer safe, affordable housing to individuals and families earning between 40%–70% of the Area Median Income (AMI) who are committed to working toward long-term self-sufficiency.

By leasing to BHBC clients, our property partners benefit from:
