BHBC actively collaborates with faith-based organizations, non-profit, and for-profit organizations in a collective effort to address homelessness. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a home within their means. To facilitate this, BHBC offers comprehensive resources, including housing search and placement services, to assist individuals in finding affordable housing. Moreover, we collaborate with organizations dedicated to constructing affordable housing and dismantling barriers to access. Our overarching objective at BHBC is to unify these diverse entities under a shared mission, working collaboratively to serve the community. Our ultimate aim is to eradicate homelessness and alleviate needless suffering, striving to create a community where everyone has a place to call home.

Through our role as the community Case Management Team, we provide referral services and connectivity that are accessible exclusively through case management. We understand that admitting uncertainty, such as not knowing where to turn, can be difficult. BHBC is here to help. BHBC facilitates service connectivity at the core of our mission. Whether you require support in mental health, substance abuse treatment, case management, financial literacy, budgeting, or home ownership, we invite you to engage in a conversation with us.
