Through a powerful three-way partnership between Building Hope Building Commitment (BHBC), BDP Impact Real Estate, and Community Solutions, we’ve launched Charlotte’s first permanent supportive housing community specifically designed for veterans and individuals exiting homelessness.
BHBC delivers on-the-ground, trauma-informed resident services — stabilizing lives, preventing eviction, and helping residents reclaim independence. In just the first two quarters of 2025, our support helped recoup over $30,000 in rental and utility funds, directly benefiting both residents and property operations.
BDP Impact Real Estate provides the affordable housing infrastructure and asset management needed to make this kind of deeply affordable, mission-driven housing sustainable. Meanwhile, Community Solutions brings a national framework that uses data and system coordination to end homelessness at scale.
